We're sorry to see you go. Below is everything you need to know about removing your account and data.
How to delete

Log in to your account on the A-WASH App.

Go to the 'Profile' section in the main menu.

Select 'Delete Account' from the settings.

Confirm account deletion after the prompt.
Data we delete
- Profile information (name, email, phone)
- Activity logs and saved preferences
- Personal data stored in your account
- Address and payment method links
Data we retain
For legal or operational purposes, some data is kept:
- Transaction records for up to 7 years
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Active dispute resolution data
Retention Period
Deleted data is removed from our active databases immediately. However, some information may be retained for up to 7 years for legal compliance and financial reporting.
